I was planning on doing some Catwoman sequentials based on a script I found on the internet. Did some gestures of her but never did the actual pages. Once I got into it I realized the script wasn't very clear and by that time had moved on to other things. Also, I figured I'd post my Lil Cable from my old Robert Bateman Sketchbook.

Final Fantasy 13 Piece

Here are just two of the many reasons I love FF13. I have a.d.d and a terrible sense of direction. I love to start stuff and not finish it and I usually don't know where I am.  So the problem most gamers have of it being too linear seemed to work just fine for me.

 So, anyways, I drew a comic page with Lightning and some of the creatures on Gran Pulse. Here be the finished pencils. The inks are done but need to be cleaned up. I'll post those soon and gonna try some Photoshop coloring.

Unfortunately, my beloved 11 x 14 hard bound sketchbook I've spent so much time with this summer won't fit on my scanner. May go back to the trusty Robert Bateman smaller size on the next one. The paper seems much better on it anyways, especially for brush inking. Anyways, here's some stuff I did

MCA Portfolio 2013

These are the pieces I did for my MCA portfolio this summer. It was a lot of hard work but I really enjoyed doing these, especially hanging out at the park with my wife doing landscapes. It was tough getting back into the groove again at first but I really saw improvement in my drawing over time.

Birthday Calibrations

Birthday card for my brother in law. Sketched it at work and didn't have time to ink it with the brush but it turned out okay. I like the idea at least and the drawing conveys the idea pretty well so that makes me feel good. It was good practice.
